Limited - The Wind Rises Jiro's Bird-Shaped Airplane 1/48 Model Kit – Take Flight in a Dream

Capture young Jiro's dream of flight with this 1/48 scale plastic model kit of his bird-shaped airplane from The Wind Rises. The graceful white aircraft features curved wings with blue tips, a red tail, a gleaming propeller nose, and landing gear, just like the dream sequences in the film. A figure of young Jiro sits in the cockpit, waving as he soars through the sky. The kit snaps together without glue and includes decals, so you can capture the film's look with only a little painting. Displayed on its stand, the finished model makes a charming tribute to Studio Ghibli's celebration of flight.
